Allison Stokke and Alyce Caron

Allison Stokke, born in Newport Beach California on 22 March 1989 is one of America's most famous and wealthiest Pole Vaulters. A photograph of Stokke in an age appropriate track event went viral, and she was hailed as the pole-vaulter of the century. Instagram and Twitter both have huge fan base on social media. Stokke is an incredibly well-known track and field athlete comparable with Jessica Ennis Hill. The Los Angeles Times, among other media outlets, stated that Stokke had not sought or supported such attention. in their publication Technology Power and Culture in the Network Society Brett Hutchins and David Rowe linked Stokke's case with that of American soccer players Alex Morgan and Hope Solo women athletes who were idolized and had their image as sexually distorted in a manner which, according to the authors, diminished their sporting achievements. Stokke was also a target of insulting social media remarks and the authors attributed the entire process of sexualizing the women. Some drew comparisons to Brandi Chastain's appearance at the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup final celebration wearing a sports bra where the sporting achievements of women were overshadowed because of discussions about their looks. Stokke was captured at New York by a Californian reporter for an event and track online website during the first half of 2007. With Leather, a popular sports blog that has a lot of male readers and re-posted the image in May, under the heading Pole Vaulting Is Sexy Barely legal. Stokke's photographer threatened to sue site owner Matt Ufford if he did remove the photo, but the article had already received significant interest and was posted on many other websites. Stokke rapidly gained popularity due to a separate website built with pictures of Stokke in action during his pole vault. The images then spread through social media to millions of online fans. Alyce Caron..............Alyce Caron was born in Houston in the United States in February 1957. She wanted to graduate from Florida High School. She graduated in 1974 and decided to make her career differently through her internship. Alyce's proud to be the sister of a college professor. Her sister works as a college professor and her family is supportive of her. Alyce is a member of a family who lives at home in Texas. The father of her is in the U.S. Army. They celebrated their father's birthday three years ago. Alyce uploaded a photo of her beautiful daughter on Facebook to pay tribute to her father's dedication to the U.S. Army.
