Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. She was up against the best. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual exercise. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
