Abby Elliott

Elliott attended comedy classes from The Groundlings and eventually began doing training and appearing in various sketch comedy shows that were held at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) located in Los Angeles. 3. Elliott appeared in supporting roles on some of the first episodes You've Reached the Elliotts (sittingcom) as well as Chrissy: Plain & Simple (2006). Her father Chris Elliott is the star of both sitcoms. She performed frequently for the Midnight Show comedy troupe while at UCBT. In the past, she been seen with her sister Bridey in comedy. Before joining the cast of SNL, Elliott had also had guest roles as a voice actor on King of the Hill and Minoriteam. Her sketches include "Jersey Floor" (with Jimmy Fallon) along with "Studio 6. Bee". Her film debut was with No Strings Attached with a tiny role. Since then she's had minor roles in the films High Road (and Fun Size). Elliott appeared on many television shows, such as 2 Broke Girls (2012-), How I Met Your Mother (2012), Happy Endings (2012), and Inside Amy Schumer. From 2015 to 2017, she was featured as a guest actor for The Bravo's Odd Mom Out. In 2020, she was a guest star in the Fran Drescher sitcom, Indebted. It aired on NBC.
